Why does the ear canal sometimes feel “crunchy” Otinova?

Salt crystals precipitate when Otinova solution evaporates. The crystals may feel a bit “crunchy” but are completely harmless.  Troublesome salt precipitation in the ear canal may occur with overdosing and/or long-term use.
